Some of the most popular activities at QSP include kayaking, boating and fishing.

As part of the Destination Iowa Grant we received in 2022, we were blessed to be awarded the final funds included to allow us to purchase and install the ADA dock. This wonderful enhancement allows people with disabilities to fish from a dock and also safely enter a kayak or boat of choice and launch from the end of the ADA dock. We also have ADA parking and a sidewalk trail to allow folks to safely get to the dock.

 

There are only a few places in the state that allow for this type of experience for disabled persons.
